Welcome to CashFlicks! By downloading, installing, or accessing the CashFlicks mobile application ("App") or accessing our related websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

To use our services, you must comply with the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian.
  • You agree to create only one user account per physical person and per mobile device. Multiple accounts created to gain artificial referral codes or sign-up bonuses constitute a material breach of these terms.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information (including payout details).

2. The Rewards Program (Gold Coins & Cash)

CashFlicks operates a voluntary loyalty rewards program. Here is how gold coins and payouts work:

  • Earning Coins: You accumulate digital "gold coins" by watching sponsored short video reels and completing check-in challenges. Coins are platform loyalty tokens and hold no direct physical cash value until redeemed in our Payout Store.
  • Redemption: You may exchange your gold coins for monetary settlements (such as PayPal cash transfers) or e-gift cards when your wallet balance exceeds the minimum cashout threshold of **$1.00**.
  • Expiration: If your CashFlicks account is inactive (no logins or watch events) for more than 180 consecutive days, we reserve the right to close the account and expire any unclaimed virtual coins.

3. Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Activities

We maintain zero tolerance for fraudulent behavior. You strictly agree NOT to:

  • Use automated bots, emulators, auto-clickers, scripting tools, or physical tap-simulators to watch videos artificially.
  • Spoof your device details, use virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy servers to bypass geographical filters or manipulate ad delivery models.
  • Engage in coordinated "referral farming" (creating fake accounts to extract referral rewards).

Consequences: Any accounts suspected of running cheats, bots, or multiple devices will be permanently banned immediately, and all accumulated coin balances forfeited without appeal.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, app interfaces, animations, text, graphics, copyright content, and brand assets (including the trademark "CashFlicks") are owned exclusively by dadacoda-studio. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"As-Is" Service: The CashFlicks App and all reward structures are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, lag-free streaming feeds or error-free point credit systems.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dadacoda-studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your inability to access or redeem coins on the app.

6. Apple Device Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are entered into solely between you and dadacoda-studio, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the CashFlicks app, its contents, maintenance, support, or any dispute claims. Apple is not a sponsor of, nor is it involved in any way with, the rewards, contests, or payouts distributed by CashFlicks.

7. Governing Law & Amendments

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to amend, change, or discontinue the reward rates, coin values, payout thresholds, or terms of service at any time. Your continued use of CashFlicks after updates are posted constitutes complete acceptance of the new terms.
